The 'Pattern and Name' installation at Lashkar Intersection in Mashhad, commissioned by the city’s Artists’ House, emerged as a radiant gem of urban art in the summer of 2013. This tri-faceted masterpiece, inspired by three of the most magnificent tileworks from the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza (AS), was created over three months. With dimensions of 3.5m in diameter and 2.5m in height, it forges an artistic bond between sacred traditions and contemporary urban spaces.
